For our next book club book, we're going to read "It Didn't Start with You: How Inherited Family Trauma Shapes Who We Are and How to End the Cycle" by Mark Wolynn. It's not advertised as a parenting book, but I have no doubt we'll have a lot to talk about in terms of parenting!
