We're working hard to make this once in a lifetime event extra special for our community and many visitors! We're going to have a great time from Friday right through the big event on Monday!

We'll see 99.4% eclipse so make Brandon your weekend home base! You'll be part of the fun staying in our quintessential Vermont town enjoying a weekend full of great events & entertainment, delicious food, great brew pubs and the friendliest folks in the state! On Monday, April 8th, stay in town and view the eclipse from varied and interesting locations or travel a short scenic ride north to catch totality. You will so enjoy spending time here that we know you'll come back again, we look forward to seeing you.

On Sunday the 7th, come join in the fun and laughter as the Eclipse creates a horde of Zombies staggering down Vermont's prettiest street! Led by our own Neshobe School band, these former friends and neighbors, now turned into drooling, moaning undead, will gather in Central Park at the end of their march of terror and stumble through a mob dance to Michael Jackson's "Thriller"!! The famous Pittsford Fire Department's BOO-MOBILE will follow at the end picking up any left over body parts!!!

In Central Park you'll find Brandon Rec has organized some fun with a bounce house, Barbecue, vendors, tarot cards, a 12' skeleton & recorded music.

Monday the 8th- 2:00 pm-4:00 pm | Estabrook Park 760 Grove Street "Eclipse Viewing Fun" - Open to all, with plenty of parking and restrooms. The Brandon Recreation Department will be having a dinosaur race, pinata, eclipse cookies and games to keep the kids busy leading up to the eclipse. AND.... a "Nerf War"- chase any lingering zombies away!! Battle your way through an obstacle course! 2:30-3:00- (Nerf only no paint pellets or other ammo)
