Description:
Meditation is growing in popularity as a way to help calm yourself in today's age of high stress and overwhelm. Despite it's popularity, many people find it hard to do. Try these 4 classes that explore the practice and how to make it doable and accessible – and helpful – for you! You'll learn about the purpose of meditation from a Yogic perspective, how it works, it's connection to postures and breathwork, and step by step instructions of how to create a meditation practice that's just for you and your peace of mind! In the class we will do practices that include postures, breathwork and meditation so dress in loose comfortable clothing. Each practice can be done from a chair or on the floor.
