Hi community! I'm offering a new local yoga series to share for this April:

"Spring Into Being: All Levels Yoga"
When: Every Tuesday in April (4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30) from 7:45-8:45am.
Where: Cambridge VT Community Center (22 Old Main St., Jeffersonville)

The first class begins this Tuesday! Each session will incorporate and interweave a different spring-related theme, as there is so much wonderful potential to relate to yogic practice & philosophy at this time of year.

Whether you're an absolute beginner or have a consistent practice, I can work with your needs & interests to help sculpt a beneficial practice for you.
