Hillary Lindsay of Willow Tree Journeys will be offering two weekly yoga classes at The Phoenix (5 Stowe Street):
Tuesday mornings at 8am
Wednesday mornings (come tomorrow!) at 7am
$15 per class
Both will be 60 min Vinyasa classes open to all levels of experience. You can sign up and pay in person at the door or reserve your spot in advance at www.thephoenixvt.com/yoga. You can participate virtually via a provided zoom link as well.

Hillary Lindsay, a Hudson Valley native turned Vermonter, is a certified Yoga and Mat Pilates Teacher and Reiki Master with an additional training in Yoga Therapy for Mental Health and Trauma. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching for over five years. She has her Masters' Degree in Food Science and has over a decade's experience in food service, farming, and running her own Agricultural Community Center. Through her wellness business, Willow Tree Journeys, she seeks to offer her gifts through movement, energy, and culinary journeys that flow with the seasons and deepen connection to nature and the self.

Morning Vinyasa (60min)
This morning Vinyasa practice focuses on the balance of form and fluidity, strength and ease. The class is designed to wake up the body and mind and provide a sense of calm and grounding for the day to come.
