This documentary takes an incisive, inside look at the War on Drugs from multiple perspectives. Narcotics officers, inmates, and federal judges, all weigh in on how the America's criminal justice system deals with drugs and addiction, revealing the profound human rights implications of U.S. drug policy. Film and panel discussion.

Co-sponsored by Buddhist Peace Fellowship and Vermonters for Criminal Justice Reform.
