The Cornwall Conservation Commission invites you to a free guided nature walk on Saturday, April 20th 11AM to 2PM.

Learn how the unique geology and glacial past of the Champlain Valley > determines our soils which > influences which plants grow and which animals thrive and > how human land use, over thousands of years, can be seen in our landscape.

Alicia Daniel, founder of the Vermont Master Naturalist Program, will lead an exploration of this "layer cake" through a varied landscape of grasslands and woodlands overlooking the Lemon Fair River with a view of the Cornwall Ledges.
