Do you have stories written down and would like to get them out to a wider audience? Are you interested in publishing a novel but don't want to deal with an agent? Local author B. Jared Hassan has been through the process of self publishing four books, and he would like to walk you through how to make it happen for you! Hassan will be available in the Lucy Wright Case Reading Room on Saturday, April 6th at 10am to talk about his experiences and help you with your own projects. Hassan says, "I fully support self publishing a book, and offer help to anyone who is interested. It's not as complicated as many may think, and the costs are fairly comparable as opposed to signing on with an agent." (Please note that Hassan is not editing or giving feedback on your writing – that is up to you!)
