Appetizers - chicken samosas, shrimp egg rolls, and fried vegetable dumplings
Entrees- Fragrant Yellow Rice (V, GF), Gado-gado salad (V, GF), Vegan Chowder (V, GF),
Grilled Satays entree (GF)
Dessert - Sweet plantains (GF)

The agenda includes an update from the bylaws subcommittee, the distribution of solar eclipse glasses (5 per person), voting in new and sitting Steering committee members, an outgoing message from our previous City Councilor and announcements from State legislators. There will be open forum at the end of the meeting.
