Are you grieving the death of a loved one? Have you recently separated with a partner or friend? Have you given up or lost something that matters to you? Are you living with a broken heart? You are not alone. Join us Friday evenings and create a space to mark this loss in your life.

Grief support circles can help you feel less alone in your grief and provide the powerful experience of being witnessed by others beyond the facilitator. This group is a closed 6-week in-person group and is appropriate for anyone experiencing and living with any type of loss. We will gather together to share our grief and be with what life is like now as we live with our loss.

Group grief support is not appropriate for all grievers. People in the throes of a life crisis, people in active addiction and people who cannot tolerate strong emotions in others may require more attention than groups can provide. If you are currently in crisis, please consider working with a counselor or therapist on a 1:1 basis. You may also use the Crisis Text Line (text BRAVE to 741741) or call the Crisis Lifeline at 988.

We will meet once a week on Friday evenings, 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at my office in Montpelier. The dates for this group run once a week, Friday 3/29 - Friday 5/3

Sliding Scale & Group Session Fees
Tier 1: $60-$100 total for six-session group
Tier 2: $100-$150 total for six-session group
Tier 3: $150-$210 total for six-session group
