Jim and I worked with SunCommon to install solar at my home, but I know a number of folks aren't able to do that. So, I'm thrilled that SunCommon is now offering a community solar option to Vergennes and Waltham residents. Please consider coming to this kickoff workshop:

Here's a little bit more about the program:
SunCommon's Community Solar Array (CSA) offers a new solution for people who can't put solar on their own property. CSA members receive solar credits, offsetting their utility bill, and instead pay a fixed monthly membership payment to the array. There's no upfront cost, so it's easy to get in. And the fixed membership payment allows members to save as utility rates rise.

What to expect at the workshop:
SunCommon is planning to build their next CSA in Waltham. From October 14 to 24, SunCommon is opening up membership in this array only to folks who live in Vergennes and Waltham!

SunCommon staff will be there to walk us through the program and answer questions. (Having a recent utility bill will be handy for the conversation.) Plus, some good eats from Three Squares.
