5 (**) Continue Public Hearing for Subdivision Application #24-010 as requested by Bay and Josiah Jackson for their properties located at 204 and 220 West River Road in Lincoln, VT, Parcel ID# 01070137.000. Description: to subdivide 2.06 acres in the Village-1 (Lincoln Center) district into 5 lots.

A Review FOF draft for Lincoln Sports decision.
Continue deliberations after the public portion to finalize the decision as needed.
B Make a motion to deliberate Pohlman and Dobkowski applications after public portion of the meeting.

A New DRB applications in May, with potential for DRB member interviews at our regular April Meeting?
