Join us to learn about how Pathways Vermont is working to end homelessness in Vermont. Maria Moore and Ashley Bernstein will share a brief overview of Pathways Vermont's programs and services throughout the state with a short video about one of their core programs, Soteria House. Pathways Vermont's mission is to end homelessness and provide innovative mental health alternatives. They've been working to provide support and connection to Vermonters since 2010.
The Charlotte-Shelburne-Hinesburg Rotary Club ("CSH Rotary") meets in person at the Shelburne United Methodist Church on 30 Church St in the center of Shelburne. A Zoom option is also available for people who would like to join remotely. Breakfast starts at 7:00am, with the meeting starting at 7:30am and finishing by 8:30am. All are welcome to attend and there is no cost for visitors.
