Sign up in advance to receive a 15-minute somatic bodywork sample (5 spots available). Brief, guided movement sequence at the beginning, move on your own while not receiving hands-on support. Brief guided movement at the end.
5:15 - 6pm - Shoulders, Neck & Jaw: Got Tension?
Therapeutic, brain-based movement & self massage. Build body awareness of these parts and create more ease. Plus, learn some cool things about these parts of you.
