Vermont based honky-tonk outsiders Western Terrestrials blend their love for the weird with the twang of classic country, creating a sound that's honest, irreverent, and upfront about what they believe in. It's aliens and Nudie suits, cosmic conspiracies and country shuffles, rough edges and broken hearts. Most of all, it's a firm sense that when you look at things from outer space, we've all got more in common than some of us humans care to admit.

Western Terrestrials are pushing the genre forward, testing the boundaries of what classifies as country-western. —Raymond E. Lee, PopMatters

Their 2nd album Back in the Saddle of a Fever Dream captures them in all their contradictory glory. Earning praise as an unconventional new voice on the country scene, the album reached #11 on the Alt Country Specialty Chart, a Tammie award for Best Country Album, and earned them a spot as featured artists on the legendary WSM radio station. The album also includes a song co-written with Ketch Secor of Old Crow Medicine Show, Ethan Alien.

Recently, the band released their third album, "Working on the Case", recorded at Bow Thayer's studio in Gaysville, VT.
