The Brookfield Development Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on April 4, 2024 at 7 p.m. at the Brookfield Town Clerk's Office to review the following Appeal submitted under the Brookfield Development Bylaws:
Eric Goodenough and Gwendolyn Wenger are appealing Permit 2024.03p issued to Jennifer Johnson on 2/2/24 for an Accessory Dwelling Unit, under 24VSA ¶4412 (Required provisions and prohibited effects). Copies of the application and appeal are available for review at the Brookfield Town Clerk's Office. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
