Obscura BTV organizers are presenting a total solar eclipse information session on Thursday, March 21, at 6 pm in Contois Auditorium.
Hear from City departments and partnering organizations that have been preparing for an expected mass of visitors during and in the days leading up to the April 8 eclipse.
Information will be shared regarding road closures, parking, safety, viewing sites, entertainment, accessibility, and other essential considerations.
The press and public alike are invited to attend and have their questions answered by event coordinators directly.
