Every Monday 6.30-8.30pm in the Wing Center @24 Upper Main st (right next to Cumberland Farms station). Energy exchange is $7-11 ca$h or Venmo.

Ecstatic Dance is a free form non-guided response to music rising from lyrical through staccato, chaotic, flowing, and ending in stillness. ET is all about dancing like no one is watching you. It is a safe space for you to truly express yourself how you want. The dance does not require a partner.
Only rules that exist are: No alcohol/ drugs. No talking (on the dance floor). No judgement and no cellphone use.
