Dr. Carrie Brown, PhD., historian, will present an illustrated program on the often overlooked history of women who worked in the armament and munitions factories more than 100 years before "Rosie the Riveter" became a WW II icon for the women who worked in the industrial workplace. The program is sponsored by The University of Vermont Lamoille Valley Lifelong Learning Series and is at the Stowe Cinema Triplex on March 20, 2024 at 1:00 PM.
