● Appointment of board member to fill vacancy (Discussion/Possible Action)
● Appointment of a Board member to serve as the Vice-Chair of the Cabot Community
Investment Fund (CCIF) (Discussion/Possible Action)
● Formation of a committee to plan for community conversations (Discussion/Approval)
● Hire John Castle as consultant and facilitator (Discussion/Vote)
● Policy Reviews: Chair will set a time limit in the meeting for reviewing these policies, and carry
forward (table) unaddressed policies for subsequent meetings
○ Policy E20 – Community Use of School Facilities (Recommended). An update to
existing policy that allows for a Board to allow community use based on a range of
criteria and obligations, or disallow community use for any reason. (Discussion/Possible
Adoption)
(there are other policies to be discussed but unlikely we will get to them at this meeting- policy review is an ongoing process based on time available each month)
