Join Gwendolyn in a small group setting to celebrate the coming of spring and a reawakening of your own healthy thoughts, feelings and energy. During this gathering, we will explore ways to release accumulated worries and tensions, to become clearer and calmer within, and to reconnect to our heart center.

No previous experience is needed to participate in this gathering. Just come with curiosity and interest in exploring your own thoughts and feelings. The gathering includes guided exercises and meditations. You may share with others as little or as much as you wish.
