Hello Ward 3 neighbors!

This Thursday evening, join your neighbors for a delicious community dinner with live music and a kids activity, followed by the Wards 2 & 3 Neighborhood Planning Assembly (NPA) meeting.

We'll also have an eclipse art activity and will be distributing free eclipse glasses and info to get ready for the eclipse on April 8!

The NPA meeting is 6:30 - 8:30pm but might end earlier this month.

On the agenda:

6:30pm | The NPA meeting will start with the usual: intros, announcements, and 10 minutes of public forum.

6:50pm | An introduction to passive house design & benefits from Enrique Bueno of VT Passive House (https://www.vermontpassivehouse.org/About)

7:00pm | Ward 2 resident Jacob Flanigan will provide a summary of what technology & incentives are available today for homeowners and renters to reduce fossil fuel usage

7:30 pm & on | The rest of our agenda is a little loosey goosey…
- Obscura BTV is going to do their best to join us to talk all things solar eclipse! The eclipse is on Monday, April 8. Website: https://loveburlington.org/obscura-burlington/
- We've invited our state legislators to join. It's a busy time at the legislature so we won't know till that evening if it'll work out for any to join.
- If we end up with extra time, we can decide together about having a community conversation (topic up to those present!) and/or end the meeting early.

So we'll wrap up somewhere between 7:30 and 8:30pm.
