Stowe Arts and Culture Council (SACC) was formed to establish and promote Stowe as an arts and culture destination for quality of life and for economic development purposes. Formally a group of residents and representatives of various arts and culture organizations who met informally for several year, SACC was established by the Stowe Selectboard as an official Town of Stowe board in 2020.
