5 (**) Public Hearing for Subdivision Application #24-010 as requested by Bay and Josiah Jackson for their properties located at 204 and 220 West River Road in Lincoln, VT, Parcel ID# 01070137.000. Description: to subdivide 2.06 acres in the Village-1 (Lincoln Center) district into 5 lots.
A The DRB approved the applicants' request to hold a sketch plan review in addition to the hearing tonight.
