Stage 32, the award winning Theater program at U-32 High School, is proud to present "Unspoken Word," an original play written by Theater teacher, Erin Galligan-Baldwin and U-32 junior Calister Boyd with original poetry by U-32 Sophomore Ella Thomas.
"Unspoken Word" tells the story of Piper, a 10th-grade student dealing with bullying and harassment after her parent's divorce and a move to a new school. Piper's transformative journey is guided by the appearance of Maria Sybilla Merian, real-life 17th-century scientist, often overlooked in the field of science, who was the first to observe and document metamorphosis.
"Unspoken Word" is a family-friendly production that combines academics and the arts and runs under one hour. Questions? Contact Erin at egalliganbaldwin@u32.org.
