Come and immerse yourself in soothing sound waves, restoring harmony and balance to
your mind, body and soul.
Fall into a deeply relaxing, peaceful trance and release stress and blockages for greater intuition, connection and coherence.
No previous experience needed - for beginners and experienced meditators and journeyers.
Please dress comfortably. Yoga mats are provided, but bring a blanket, pillow and more layers if needed as you will be lying on the floor for an hour.
