The vernal equinox is the turning point toward longer days. On Tuesday, March 19th, join River Buffum in a guided meditation at the Waterbury Public Library in celebration of a new season of growth, life, and new earth. The guided meditation is accompanied by harpist Judi Byron in the SAL Room at 6:30, honoring the cyclical nature of the seasons and commemorating these natural turning points in the earth's cycle.

Bring whatever makes you comfortable and plan on arriving a few minutes early to settle in and relax.
