Annual Organizational Business:
Motion to designate The Herald as Newspaper of Record.
Motion to designate the Town Clerk's Office, Town Manager's Office and Bethel Public Library as physical locations to post meeting notices.
Motion to authorize a Board member to sign orders (a/p & payroll) on behalf of the Town.
Motion to adopt the Selectboard Rules of Procedure.
Motion to appoint Paul Balor, Eric Richardson and Jack Borella to the Royalton Senior Center Board.
Motion to appoint Matt Washburn and Ian Steward as Bethel's EC Fiber Representatives.
Motion to appoint Stan Capron as Weigher of Coal and Wood.
Motion to appoint David Aldrighetti to the White River Valley Ambulance Board.
D. Gene Kraus' request to be appointed to the Energy Committee & Equity & Inclusion Committee.
Motion to approve

Khalsa Market #2 (Central Market) request for a second-class liquor license and Wesco, Inc (Champlain Farms) request for a second-class liquor license, tobacco license and tobacco substitute endorsement.

Bethel's Updated Village Center Designation Application is due May 3, 2024. This designation must be renewed every 8 years.
Motion to approve the application submission for the renewal of Bethel's Village Center Designation

Quitclaim Deed from the Town of Bethel to Brian, Kirby, Emily and Jessie Wright. This deed conveys any rights the Town had in the discontinued section of Wright Road.
Motion to authorize the Chair to sign.
