Hello Neighbors!
Our Annual Neighborhood Spring Egg Hunt will be on Sunday, March 31st (Easter Morning). See details below, help spread the word, and join us!
Sunday, March 31st (Easter Morning)
10:00 AM = Adults hide eggs
10:30 AM = Egg hunt begins
Location: Szymanski Park Main Entrance & Playground (off Andrews Ave)
How it works:
10:00 AM = ADULTS ONLY: Hide eggs in the woods around the playground before the little kids arrive.
10:30 AM = ADULTS & CHILDREN: Meet in the parking lot at the main entrance to Szymanski Park. Note the egg hunt usually begins within 10 minutes so don't be late!
Please bring:
(1) Ten plastic eggs per child with toys or treats inside that you hide in the woods around the playground before 10:30 AM. Egg stuffing ideas: small toys, packaged snacks, coins, etc. Please be mindful of allergies.
(2) A potluck brunch item to share at the playground picnic table.
Once the hunt begins, each kid can find 10 eggs in the woods. Younger children will have a head start. Potluck will be at the playground picnic table.
This year, fifth graders from our neighborhood Orchard Elementary School will also be fundraising for their end-of-year "fun day" field trip with a cash/check donation box. Donations are welcome but certainly not required.
Spread the word and see you soon!
