Do you remember Hula Hooping as a child? Do you remember not hula hooping as a child because that stupid hoop fell down all the time? If either of these thoughts, or any others, good or bad, come to mind when you hear the word hula hoop, I want to encourage you to join us at the school on Saturday for a fun time of spinning, moving and laughing and maybe changing your preconceived notion of hooping.

This is a no experience needed. This is a time to try out big hoops that are way easier to get going and keep going than those tiny ones that kids use. I can almost guarantee you that if you never hooped before you will get it at this class. (Can I say money back guarantee?) And if you have hooped come join us and maybe learn some tricks or be with a group of people who like to hoop. We will have music going and people who will give some basic instruction.
