* 2018 Town Plan implementation - status review
* Continue work on Sec. 3.8.B Nonconforming Structures LURs amendments
* Mark up draft revisions to Sec. 3.1, Sec. 9.7 & definitions
* Create work plan for LURs amends through June
* PC member meeting attendance policy - finalize draft, vote to adopt
* Review & approve draft meeting minutes: Feb. 1, Feb. 15 mtgs.

The meeting will be held at Charlotte Town Hall, with an online participation option available via Zoom. The meeting agenda and packet including all draft materials is linked under the meeting date on the town website's 'Meeting Calendar and Agendas' page. Residents are invited to join the discussion.
