Please join me for a Qigong class, this Sunday, March 10, 10:00 am, at the Middletown Springs Historical Society.
Qigong (chi-gong) is a system of exercises designed to promote joint mobility, muscle flexibility, blood and breath circulation through gentle movements, focused breathing and relaxation techniques. In other words, it's good for you and it feels good.
All exercises will be done in a standing position and are easy to follow along. If necessary, most can be done seated. You will never be asked to do anything that is painful or uncomfortable. There are no restrictions for age or physical limitations.
