The Town of Waterbury's Planning Commission is holding its second public hearing to obtain feedback regarding proposed updated zoning bylaws (Uniform Development Bylaws, Phase 1) on Thursday March 14th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Steele Community Room at the municipal office.
The purpose of these updated bylaws is to implement the Waterbury Municipal Plan and the Vermont Municipal and Regional Planning and Development Act by regulating the use and development of land within the Phase 1 area (generally south of I-89).
