On Wednesday March 27th, American Flatbread Stowe is teaming up with Vermont Wine Merchants to host a wonderful evening of farm-to-table Italian fare and thoughtfully selected Italian wine pairings. Join us as we journey through wines of the Piedmont and bring a little bit of Italy to our charming town of Stowe.
The Details:
- Five courses of delicious Italian dishes prepared by our Chefs in consultation with Vermont Wine Merchants
- 6 imported Italian wines curated by Amy Ezrin, a partner in The Piedmont Guy, a national importer of artisanal wines from the region of Piedmont in Northern Italy. Amy will also be present to guide us through our tasting journey.
- A welcome drink and amuse bouche in our Tavern to start things off at 5:30.
