APPLICATION FBZ 21-03R1: Application by Champlain Housing Trust to amend a previous approval to change stormwater system from underground stormwater chambers to a gravel wetland. Property at 3164 Shelburne Rd is in the Mixed Use District, Stormwater Overlay District and the Shelburne Road Form Based Code Mixed Use Street Overlay District.

APPLICATION FBZ 23-02: Application by David Shenk for Site Plan review of a 24-unit multifamily residential building and a duplex. Property at 4309 Shelburne Rd is in the Mixed-Use District, Stormwater Overlay District, and the Shelburne Road Form Based Code Mixed Use Neighborhood Character Overlay District.
