What do independent medical experts say about how digital screens impact our brains? Come to an interactive discussion and hear about the science, brain biology and research presented in a way you can understand, with books and pictures explaining how the brain works. How does the brain respond when we (adults and children) use digital screens?

This is not a course to preach or judge who does what....this is about empowering everyone with the baseline science which is not always easy to understand! Everyone deserves to understand this information without commercial industry funded influences.

This class - is for adults and youth, children (teens and tweens) ; developed by nurses, psychiatrists, pediatricians and child development experts.

Let's move away from mythology of what commercial industry wants us to believe, and empower ourselves with the facts.

Participants will go home with a practical evidence-based printed workbook guide to use at home and share onward.
