The annual town meeting will be held at CHMS, beginning a 9am Tuesday, March 5.
Polls will be open for Australian Ballot items, 7am -7pm.
These include town officers and funding of the Conservation Commission and the bond vote for renovations at the Richmond Town Center.
The Town Budget will be discussed & voted on beginning at 9am. The mornings vote will also include funding of several social service entities.
There will also be a non-binding discussion regarding housing in Richmond and the use of Browns Court Ball Field.
Lunch and coffee will be available from the Senior Center group.
At this time, there is no time left to mail voters their ballots, so please come in to the town office Monday to vote, unless of course you would like to vote at CHMS.
As Vermont does not require us to be a registered voter of any party, you will be given the choice of choosing a Democratic or Republican Presidential Primary ballot.
The date of the MMUUSD vote has been changed to April 2, 2024. If you vote the Town budget in March, you will automatically be mailed a school ballot around March 15.
