Randolph Development Review Board Meeting
On Monday, March 18, 2024, the Development Review Board will meet at 7:00 PM to consider the following agenda items and Zoning applications:
1. Call to Order.
2. Public Comment.
3. Consider Approving Prior Meeting Minutes.
4. David Silloway, located at 1089 Silloway Road, Randolph Center. (parcel# 116056.000) RA District.
The applicant is proposing subdividing 88.9 acres of his property and combining with 5.9 acres owned by Paul Lambert to create a new lot of 94.8 acres.
5. RACDC Hedding Drive properties (RVHD district).
28 new dwelling units at 3 Hedding Drive:
• One building with 7 units, one building with 10 units, and one building with 11 units.

The meeting will be hybrid, with physical attendance at the Randolph Town Office downstairs conference room.
