PUBLIC WARNING OF DEVELOPMENT HEARING(S)

The Milton Development Review Board will conduct a hearing on the following applications at their meeting on March 14, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Community Room at 43 Bombardier Road, Milton or via Zoom:

Tyler Robitaille, owner/applicant is requesting Conditional Use approval for "improvements to existing structures within the floodway" for repairs associated with the July 2023 flood, located at 336 West Milton Road. The subject property consists of approximately 7.8 acres, is described as Parcel ID 206035-000000, SPAN 396-123-10304, and is in the Flood Hazard Overlay (FHO) Zoning District and West Milton Planning Area.

Machia Wilderness Camp Inc., owner/applicant, is requesting Conditional Use approval for changes to their previously approved "campground use" at 0 Beebe Hill Road, described as Parcel ID 209014—00900/209014-008000, SPAN 396-123-15143/15075. The proposal is expansion of the number of days per year. The subject property contains a total of 119 acres and is located in the Rural Residential (R5) zoning district and the West Milton planning area.

Calvin Murray, owner/applicant, is requesting Variance for the creation of new lot less than the minimum lot size to facilitate a 2-lot subdivision located at 86 Cody Rd, described as Parcel #212004-000000, SPAN 396-123-12542. The subject property is recorded as having 140.0 acres and is located within the Agricultural/Rural Residential (R5) zoning district, and the East Milton Planning Area.
