Looking to move your body a little more?
Join me for a virtual, no excuses cardio and bodyweight workout (think squats, lunges, planks, etc.) from the comfort of your own home. No equipment necessary, all you need is yourself and a little space. An exercise/yoga mat will be helpful, be ready to put your hands or forearms down on the ground or come onto your back.
All workouts will utilize timed intervals, alternating bursts of hard work with rest. High and low impact options are available so you can work at your own pace.
Tuesdays at 10am starting March 5, 2024 (through April 30, 2024)
Pay what you can. Donations will be accepted through Venmo.
All participants must sign a digital liability waiver.
