How it works: Each person receives 15 minutes of somatic bodywork with a focus of your choice. When it's not your turn to receive bodywork from Amy, you will either receive Reiki from Jesse OR explore movement & restorative postures on your own using all the props available (birth ball, foam roller, tennis balls, bolsters etc).
Stretch, Relax, Meditate, Strengthen... Amy will guide a short Movement Sequence at the beginning and end. Restorative Postures will be displayed so you can easily move in and out of them as you'd like.
The focus for this offering is for you to receive body care & practice the skill set of listening to what kind of movement your body is calling for.
