Join Karen McPhillips from Salt & Sand Studios at Inklings for LITTLE ONE & ME YOGA on Tuesday, March 12th at 10am.

This gentle and fun class is designed specifically for a parent or caregiver and their children, ages 18 months to 4 years. Older children are welcome too! Promoting balance, coordination, motor skills and mindfulness, Karen will introduce and reinforce mechanisms for movement, independence and stress relief. And of course … some giggles too.

Karen McPhillips is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and continuing education instructor (Yoga Alliance) with over 20 years of yoga practice and 15 years' experience sharing her passion for yoga, mindfulness, meditation and yoga teachings with little ones. Her classes blend strong foundational knowledge and safety with a free spirit and ready laughter for an experience that is fulfilling, comprehensive and fun.
