Projects for Review
Subdivision – Continuance Final Review: Nathaniel Weaver seeks final review for two 5 acre Subdivisions on a 179.26 acre lot. Property is located in the Rural Residential District (5-acre zoning) on Weaver Road, Tax Map ID# 12-012.100.
Conditional Use Review – Reopened: Sarah and Albert Dickerson, a non-dwelling structure on 231.1 acres Conservation District (25-acre zoning) on Fielder Road. Tax Map ID# 09-019.100.
Appeal of a decision by the Administrative Officer: Daniel Paradiso appeal of permit denial for structures in a chicken garden on a 1.13 acre lot. The structures in question are located in the front setback and the Town right of way. A waiver is sought for the chicken coop in the front setback. Some consideration is being sought for the garden fence in the Town right of way. No violation has been formally issued to date. Main Road. Tax map # 11-007.100.
