Windham Aging's mission is to collaborate to provide the strategic vision for systemic change so that older residents of Windham County age well. To do this:
• We identify the existing resources, future needs, and best strategies to achieve our vision
• We inform the change-makers for our county, so they can engage those strategies
• We track progress to guide advancement toward our stated goals.
