 Accept Municipal Climate Relief Fund loan
 Approval of new Town Office fire alarm system partially paid using PACIF Equipment Grant
 As per hiring agreement, upon satisfactory completion of 3 months of work, approve a salary increase for the Town Administrator

7:10 Curtis Pond Dam
 Consider authorizing a change to one provision of the Loan Agreement of the Curtis Pond Dam documents related to issuing bonds in order to clarify that the Town does not own the dam and will not own the dam until completion of the project.
 Possible Action: Ratify a change to 14g. on page 5 of the loan agreement from:
(g) The Project is and will be owned by the Borrower and will not be leased to any person which is not a state or local government unit, or an instrumentality thereof, to
(g) Improvements financed with the proceeds of the Bond will be used for public safety and owned by the Borrower or a state or local government unit, or an instrumentality thereof and will not be leased to any entity that is not a state or local government unit, or an instrumentality thereof.
 Dam Updates: Sources and Uses budget, grant/fundraising and timeline

7:25 Stormwater Projects
 Review East Calais Post Office and Moscow Woods Gully stormwater projects identified by Central Vermont Regional Planning Commission and reaffirm support
 Possible Action: Sign letter of support

7:35 Reports
