After their sold-out production of The Comedy of Errors at Isham Barn last May, Vermont Repertory Theatre Company are back with the first production of their 2024 season!
THE TEMPEST, by William Shakespeare
This fantasy adventure takes audiences across an enchanted island full of tricksy spirits, wise wizards, shipwrecked princes and queens, a couple of clowns and vile, scheming monsters. Temptations arise all over the island, enticing those who would do anything to achieve dominance over others, and blowing past others who are just happy to enjoy everything life has to offer.
With technical wizardry helmed by artists with decades of experience, a production filled with soundscapes, exquisite costuming and magical projection springs to life in front of the audience's eyes, pushing Main Street Landing's Black Box theatre to its technical limits. The Tempest is suitable for ages 13 and up.
