6PM: City Hall in Burlington (Church Street side) candlelight vigil outside.
6:30PM: Walk slowly up Church Street from City Hall to the top of Church Street. Candlelight vigil at the top of Church Street until 7PM.

We will provide candles. Please bring flags and optional signs. Dress warm.
Plan to find parking early due to Main Street construction.

Vermont Stands with Ukraine, will hold a Candlelight Vigil in Burlington, to honor two years of Ukrainian Resistance, this Saturday, February 24, 2024. The vigil will start outside of the Burlington City Hall on the Church Street side. This is an opportunity for Vermonters to show their support for the people of Ukraine and Ukrainian Vermonters. We will be honoring all the Ukrainian lives lost and all the heroes who gave their lives for Ukraine. We will hold supportive space for each other and friends, family, defenders, humanitarians, and others in Ukraine. We will continue standing with and supporting Ukraine and Ukrainians. We will envision true victory in Ukraine! Please join us!
