Purim praises the subversion and inversion of all things. To let joy and the spirit of carnival lubricate the path of T'shuva (repair & return). As we read in the book of Esther, "N'ahfoch hu" meaning "nothing is static". Change is constant, the universe longs to return to itself. To subvert reality and flip the script. May the spirit of chance, literally the "pur" in Purim guide us towards right relationship with people, power and planet.
