The Lincoln Development Review Board will hold public hearings for:

ID# 17040248.000. Description: to subdivide one lot into two lots.
2. Subdivision Application #24-009 as requested by Kenneth Pohlman for their
property located property located on Quaker Street in Lincoln, VT, Parcel ID#
04040141.000. Description: to subdivide 21 acres in the Transitional district into
two lots.
3. Subdivision Application #24-010 as requested by Bay and Josiah Jackson for their
properties located at 204 and 220 West River Road in Lincoln, VT, Parcel ID#
01070137.000. Description: to subdivide 2.06 acres in the Village-1 (Lincoln
Center) district into 5 lots.
Participation in the local proceedings is a prerequisite to the right to take any
