Whether you are new to Vermont or have lived here all your life (so far), you can probably learn more about how Vermont Town government works. What are the functions and responsibilities of Town officers and Town committees? How can residents participate? How does Town Meeting work? And where do Town Meeting moderators get those jokes?
Michael Caccavo, long-time Marshfield Town Meeting moderator will answer these and other questions.
